汇丰控股集团（HSBC Holdings plc）今日公布2019年业绩，税前利润大减33%，至133亿美元。代理行政总裁祈耀年（Noel Quinn）透露，计划在未来三年在全球裁员  15%，约涉及 3.5 万人。
